The services provided by Stuart Nemerov and affiliated practitioners are spiritual in nature. These practices engage the body’s energy system and may influence consciousness, emotions, and physical well-being.

While Eastern traditions have long acknowledged the significance of energy systems, Western medicine and psychology do not universally recognize or fully understand the effects of energy work. These sessions are not intended as a replacement for medical or psychological treatment.

This work is designed for individuals on a serious spiritual path—those with an open mind, a stable foundation, and a willingness to engage in personal transformation.

Energy work supports self-realization and growth by influencing thoughts, emotions, behaviors, memories, and the subtle body. However, the experience is highly personal and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

During or after a session, you may experience:

• New or unfamiliar thoughts, emotions, or sensations—including those that have been previously suppressed or avoided
   
• Physical shifts such as tingling, warmth, lightness, or emotional release
   
• Temporary discomfort as energy flows in new ways
   
• No immediately noticeable effects, as energetic sensitivity varies from person to person
   

Because each individual’s experience is unique, there is no way to determine how you will respond—or how your response may evolve over time.

Energy work may not be appropriate for individuals with a history of serious mental health instability, including but not limited to:

• Bipolar disorder
   
• Schizophrenia
   
• Psychosis or delusional states
   
• Active suicidal or homicidal thoughts
   
• Other psychiatric conditions that may be exacerbated by deep energetic or emotional shifts
   

If you have any concerns about your mental or emotional stability, it is strongly advised that you consult with a licensed healthcare provider before participating.

• Energy healing is not a medical procedure, nor is it a substitute for psychiatric care or psychotherapy.

• Nothing shared during a session should be interpreted as medical or mental health advice.
   

If you are currently under medical or psychiatric care, consult your provider before beginning energy work.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge the following:

• You assume full responsibility for your experience.
   
• The facilitator makes no promises or guarantees about specific outcomes.
   
• Sessions may stir deep emotional or psychological material, which can be both healing and challenging.
   

You further confirm that:

✔ You are mentally and physically capable of participating.
✔ You have no medical or psychiatric condition that would require the facilitator to deny your participation.
✔ You will notify the facilitator of any concerns before, during, or after your session.

• No drugs, alcohol, or mind-altering substances (including plant medicines) may be in your system during a session.
   
• If you are unsure whether something qualifies, contact the facilitator in advance.
   
• No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or missed sessions.
   
• Prepaid sessions are valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to facilitator availability.
   

I understand and agree that:

• Resonant energy work—including Kundalini Activation—involves a degree of unpredictability.
   
• While many find it deeply healing and transformational, my individual experience may vary.
   
• I have not been promised specific results or benefits.
   
• I am at least 18 years of age.
   
• I have read and understood this agreement in full.
   

By attending a session—whether in person or online—I agree that my participation serves as a complete and unconditional release of liability. I hereby release the facilitator from any and all liability for any physical, emotional, psychological, or energetic responses that may arise during or after the session, now or in the future.
