The  work provided by Stuart Nemerov or other practitioners is a spiritual practice that engages the body's energy system, influencing consciousness, emotions, and physical well-being. While Eastern traditions have long recognized the significance of the energy system, Western medicine and psychology do not universally acknowledge or fully understand its effects.

This energy work is intended for individuals on a serious spiritual path who have an open mind and a willingness to engage in personal transformation. It supports self-realization and personal growth by influencing various aspects of an individual’s experience, including thoughts, emotions, memories, and daily behaviors.

During and after sessions, participants may experience:

• New or unfamiliar thoughts, emotions, or sensations, including those previously unexamined or suppressed.
• Physical shifts, which may range from feelings of lightness and euphoria to temporary discomfort as energy flows in new ways.
• A lack of immediately noticeable effects, as sensitivity to energy work varies among individuals.

Since individual experiences are unpredictable, there is no way to determine how any person will respond to the sessions, nor how that response may change over time.

This work is not suitable for individuals with a history of mental health instability, including but not limited to:

• Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis, or delusional states.
• Active suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
• Any other condition that may be aggravated by deep energetic shifts.

If you have concerns about your mental or emotional stability, it is strongly advised that you do not participate in these sessions.

Energy healing is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, or therapy.

• Stuart Nemerov is not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist.
• The information and guidance provided during sessions should not be considered medical or psychological advice.
• If you have any concerns about your mental or physical health, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.

By choosing to participate, you acknowledge that:

• The facilitator makes no guarantees regarding the results of the sessions.
• Sessions may bring about deep emotional or psychological shifts, which can be both positive and challenging.
• It is your responsibility to assess, in consultation with your healthcare provider if needed, whether this work is appropriate for you.

 You certify that you:
✔ Are mentally and physically capable of participating in these sessions.
✔ Have no medical or psychological conditions that would require the facilitator to deny your participation.
✔ Will immediately notify the facilitator if any concerns arise before, during, or after a session. 

• No drugs or alcohol (including plant medicines) should be in your system at the time of the session. If you are unsure, contact the facilitator before attending.
• No refunds will be provided for completed sessions or for pre-paid sessions if you choose not to continue. Pre-paid sessions remain valid for up to one year from the date of purchase, subject to facilitator availability.

I understand that:

• Engaging in resonant frequency energy work, including Kundalini Activation, involves an element of unpredictability.
• While many people find deep healing and transformation, personal experiences may vary.
• I have not been promised any specific benefits or outcomes.

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older and that I have carefully read and understood this agreement.

By attending a session, whether in person or online, I acknowledge that my participation serves as a complete and unconditional release of liability. I hereby release the facilitator, now and in the future, from any and all liability for any experiences or reactions that may arise as a result of these sessions.
