After Your Session

 Your body is not separate from who you are — it’s an expression of the same presence that moves through all life.


After a session, your nervous system will continue to integrate the new energy. The best thing you can do? Pay attention.


Some days your body will want rest. Others, movement or stillness. Trust its intelligence. No rigid rules — only listening.

How to Support Integration

Nourishment
After a session, you may crave lighter, vibrant foods — fresh, organic, full of life force. Limit heavy, processed meals and overstimulation (alcohol, excess caffeine, artificial additives). This isn’t about restriction — it’s about attuning.


Hydration
Drink plenty of water. It helps energy move freely, like a river finding its way to the ocean.


Rest & Movement
Energy comes in waves. Some days you’ll feel expanded and creative; others, quiet and inward. Move when you have the energy. Rest when you don’t. Both are part of the process.

What You Might Notice

  •  Emotional release or deeper feelings. 
  • Changes in relationships — some deepen, others drift. 
  • eightened sensitivity to your environment, food, and media.
  • Vivid dreams or clarity about life decisions. 
  • Physical sensations like warmth, tingling, or temporary aches.
     

These shifts are normal. Witness them without judgment.

Gentle Practices to Explore

  •  Journaling – Capture insights, emotions, dreams.
  • Nature – Walk barefoot, sit under a tree, watch the sky. 
  • Creative Expression – Paint, write, play music, move your body. 
  • Meditation – Simply sit, breathe, and notice. 
  • Breathwork or Gentle Yoga – Support energy flow without forcing.

Grounding if Energy Feels Intense

 If things feel overwhelming:


  • Eat grounding foods like root vegetables or warm soups. 
  • Take a warm bath or stand under a shower. 
  • Touch the earth — hold a stone, walk barefoot. 
  • Slow down and breathe.
     

Energy will settle. Presence is patient.

What to Avoid (For Now)

  •  Other energy work — let this session root before adding more. 
  • Recreational substances and stimulants — they disrupt integration. 
  • Psychedelic plant medicines — keep these processes separate for clarity.

Trust the Process

 Shifts may appear as synchronicities, opportunities, dissolving patterns, or new alignments. Not all will feel comfortable, but all is unfolding exactly as it should.
